Dan Gould

Dan Gould has been a part of the Spirit Of Cox Mill Visual Staff since 2017 and has been a part of the marching arts for over 30 years as a marching member, staff member, drill writer, and visual caption head. Dan has been a part of numerous Bands Of America Regional and National Finalist programs including winning a Bands Of America National Championship as a marching member and was part of 10 New York State Field Band Conference State Championships. Dan marched drum corps for 3 years, aging out of the Drum Corps International World Champion Phantom Regiment in 1997. As a caption head Dan was part of 2 consecutive DCI Division II “High Visual” award winning programs, as well a DCI Division II World Championship.  

Dan is a graduate of Syracuse University and Comair Aviation Academy and has been an airline pilot for 20 years.  He is currently an Airbus A320 Captain based in Atlanta, GA. Dan lives in Highland Creek with his wife Becky and sons Nicholas (8) and Andrew (6) and their 20 year old cat, Charlotte.
